Job Description
Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a private healthcare company in need of a care coordinator. We are seeking a compassionate, flexible and driven individual.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing care services and ensuring the highest standard of support for service users.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing care services for service users.
- Scheduling and supervising care staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conducting assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
- Liaising with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
- Monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet changing needs.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handling safeguarding concerns and reporting incidents appropriately.
- Providing support and guidance to care assistants.
- Managing medication administration records and ensuring compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Working flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
About You:
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and full-time access to a car.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care is required.
- Up-to-date DBS certification.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying needs.
