We are looking for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant/equipment, and HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems as determined by the CMMS system\’s work orders.
  2. Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions.
  3. Attend to A/C related clients\’ problems.
  4. Conduct building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU\’s, and utilities.
  5. Investigate faults, identify causes, and effect remedies.
  6. Prepare accurate/timely reports as required.
  7. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations.
  8. Assist when and where required with installation works.
  9. Participate in emergency call-out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as required.

Qualifications:

  1. City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
  2. Good building services knowledge.
  3. Critical Environment Experience.
  4. Good customer relationship skills.
  5. Working knowledge of “Permit to work” systems.
  6. Understand and interpret technical drawings/processes.
  7. Experience of CMMS and BMS systems.
  8. 17th Edition IEE Regulations.
