Our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountant is seeking a newly-qualified or near to be qualified Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to growth, our client is looking for a newly-qualified Accountant to join them where you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, working closely with Directors and Client Managers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a practice, used to working with businesses of varying sizes both independently and as part of a team. Due to the location of the role candidates will be required to drive and have access to their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities: * Newlyqualified or nearly qualified Accountant, confident working both independently and as part of a team * Managing a small portfolio of clients individually, whilst working as part of a team to manage larger clients and businesses * Corporate experience across multiple areas, including the preparation of financial statements, corporation tax returns, bookkeeping and VAT * Experience of some IFRS would be advantageous, although not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a newly-qualified Accountant to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field at an exciting time of growth.
