Electrical Supervisor – Charge Hand Opportunity Location: Norwich Pay: £280 – £300 a day, based on experience. Hours: 10 hours per day. Are you a expereinced and hands-on Electrical Charge Hand looking for your next significant project? Do you thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and excel at leading a team from the front? We\’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor – Charge Hand to join a major industrial project in Norwich for an estimated duration of 12-18 months. What you\’ll be doing: * Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to a team of 2-3 electricians. * Working hands-on alongside your team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety regulations. * Overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities. * Liaising effectively with site management and other trades. * Ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. What you\’ll bring to the table: * Proven experience as an Electrical Charge Hand or Supervisor on industrial projects. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations). * Valid ECS or JIB card.
