We\βre looking for an Apprentice Compliance Administrator to provide essential administrative & coordination support to our compliance team at Reds10. Youβll be What You\βll Do: * Manage internal databases ensuring files are uploaded correctly * Calander management for all audits, compliance meetings and reviews with Reds10 wider team * Liaise with staff from other departments across Reds 10 * Liaise with internal auditors and book in time for all internal audits to be executed on time and to the expected level of detail . * Produce and manage documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * Effective recording of ISO/IMS compulsory training. * Respond to emails professionally and answer phone calls promptly. What We\βre Looking For: * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Great communication abilities, both verbal and written. * A team player who works well with others. * Confident in using software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems. * Able to communicate effectively across all levels, including colleagues, site staff, subcontractors, and clients.
