Head of Legal (Product) Remote Up to £120,000 per annum + Share options The Opportunity We are seeking a Head of Legal (Product) to oversee the legal aspects of our product division, with a primary focus on the UK and US markets. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the advisory division and work alongside our legal, product, and technology teams. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the legal integrity of our existing products while actively contributing to the development of new products and features. Through your expertise, you will play a key role in empowering startups to launch, operate, and scale their businesses effectively. How You Will Deliver As Head of Legal (Product), you will oversee the legal aspects of the product division, with a key focus on the UK and US markets, while collaborating closely with the advisory division. Your role will involve ensuring the legal integrity of existing products and working alongside legal, product, and technology teams to develop innovative new products and features. Through your expertise, you will play a crucial role in supporting startups, enabling them to operate and scale their businesses with confidence. Your Skills and Experience 5–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with in-depth knowledge of English corporate law, including regulations surrounding share schemes and incentive structures. Background in product development, ideally within a technology-driven company. Qualified to practice law in the UK, with a strong preference for additional qualifications in New York or Delaware. Proven ability to manage and lead teams of three or more lawyers. Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.
