Are you a strong construction planner in the northwest who wants to work for a major developer of PBSA, BTR, and Co-Living? We are mandated by one of the most well-known and successful players in the industry, who is looking to strengthen their construction team by hiring a planner to coordinate the ever-increasing projects around the country. The Construction Planner is tasked with creating, maintaining, and reviewing comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of construction projects. This role demands close collaboration with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, including site teams, surveyors, engineers, architects, and design managers. In addition, the Construction Planner will generate progress reports, forecasts, and plans utilising advanced project management tools to facilitate all project phases and contingency measures. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and review detailed work programmes for client construction projects (PBSA, BTR, & Co-Living). Break large projects into manageable phases and develop corresponding schedules. Utilise project management software, specifically Asta Powerproject, to plan and monitor timeframes.
