The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps and Python scripting. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating insightful dashboards, and developing automated solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making. Dashboard Development : Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Automation & Scripting : Utilize Python scripting to automate data processing, cleaning, and analysis tasks. Data Quality & Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and IT, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and tools and implement innovative solutions. Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
