Our Sydenham based client are looking to hire an efficient and organised Corporate Administrator to join the team on a temp to perm basis. You will need to have strong administrative experience along with competent minute taking skills to support at Director level. Salary: £26,464 – £32,304 depending on experience Location: Sydenham (SE26) Start: ASAP, temp to perm basis Hours: 35 hours per week, hybrid working option, minimum 2 days per week in office. Benefits: Include 26 days AL + bank holidays, Private Medical Insurance on completion of probation, match pension contributions up to 7.4%, discounted gym memberships. What will your working week be like? The purpose of the role will be to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Directorate Team. * Provide full administrative support to two Directors and support to the PA to the Chief Executive, including arranging meetings and managing email enquiries. * Take and produce minutes at Director Level, Board and Committee meetings. * Assist with organising corporate events, such as Board/Committee meetings, scheme openings. * Assist with special projects (e.g. communication updates, mailouts). Do you have the required experience, skills & attributes? * Experience of minute-taking provided at a senior level. * Proven background in administrative work for senior level managers in an office or similar. * Experience of maintaining efficient records such as minutes and rolling action logs and managing information systems. * Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks. * Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people (verbally and in writing). * Able to plan, organise and prioritise. * Excellent IT skills (Word, Outlook, SharePoint). * Effective thinker, uses initiative and pre-empts problems. * Flexibility to attend early evening Board/Committee meetings. * Able to work collaboratively with the Directors and the PA to the Chief Executive to support the effective and efficient functioning of the Board and Committees. *Interested?
