Administrator – East Renfrewshire – Salary up to £27,000 DOE CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an individual with a strong Administration background to join a leading energy renewable's company. You must have excellent communication and previous administrative skills and be willing to learn within this industry. The successful candidate will be confident, polite and reliable. Your aim is to provide and promote an excellent service for customer and clients throughout the organisation. You’ll make sure that service standards are being met and problems are resolved. Below are more details on this exciting opportunity! Key Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring the company meets all relevant regulatory and industry compliance standards, including environmental and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, certifications, audits, and regulatory reports. Assist by providing necessary documentation and coordinating responses to findings Help develop, review, and update company policies to align with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Identify and report compliance risks, working with the team to implement corrective actions. Work closely with internal departments, regulatory bodies, and external partners to ensure compliance standards are met. Undertake any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager.Person Specification: Experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret regulations and compliance requirements. (Advantage) Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in compliance software and reporting tools is an advantage. ISO and Excel knowledge.
