Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update student records using SIMS (School Information Management System).
- Process and track financial transactions using FMS (Financial Management System).
- Assist with the school's budget planning and financial reporting.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails.
- Support staff and students with general office inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate communications between staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Process school admissions and student enrolment data.
- Manage attendance records and report on student absence.
- Organise and schedule meetings, events, and appointments.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with SIMS and FMS in a school setting.
- Exceptional organisational, communication skills and managing multiple tasks.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Experience working within the educational sector is preferred.
Requirements:
