Production Manager Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Production Manager for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area. Salary & Package £40,000.00. Company Benefits. Day Shift Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00. Requirements Lead a team of Operators in a production environment. Previous experience of managing team performance. Mentor, develop and grow the internal team. Process documentation and administration. Organise stock, materials and production schedules. Monitor production KPI’s. Implement efficiencies to maximise production. Manage staff rotas. Work closely with the selected recruitment agencies and organise labour requirements. Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety and NEBOSH would be desirable. Be hands-on and support with operations. A strong understanding of IT and computer systems. Exceptional organisation and communication skills. Plastic injection moulding experience would be desirable. Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be required to lead a team, support development within the team and build rapports with new & existing team members to push the business forward. You will be required to be involved with operations, quality, and production audits and have a hands-on approach to ensure deadlines are met. You’ll need to be able to implement progressive ways of working to enhance production and work closely with other departments within the organisation. The right candidate will be process driven, be a great people person and have the experience required to support growth in a forward thinking company. Closing Date: 16th June 2025.
