We are recruiting a Student Services Advisor to join our Bournemouth based client. As the first point of contact for students, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the student services department, with a particular focus on finance, accommodation, reception duties, and providing guidance and support to new and existing students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for students, providing a welcoming and professional reception service.

* Provide guidance and advice to both new and returning students on a range of services, including finance, accommodation, and general student inquiries.

* Assist students in navigating financial processes, including understanding tuition fees, payment deadlines, and available financial support options.

* Provide support to students with accommodation-related queries, helping them with booking, arrangements, and general queries.

* Offer clerical and administrative support to the Student Services team, including data entry, record keeping, and handling confidential information.

* Ensure all student inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and in a professional manner, escalating complex issues where necessary.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a student services or administrative support role is highly desirable.
