In this PR and copywriting role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the public image of the Group and its associated brands. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, developing communication strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms. From drafting press releases to collaborating on marketing materials, you’ll play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and reputation. Responsibilities: Develop a PR and Communication strategy to deliver on our brand goals. Build a comprehensive calendar of communications, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging content. Develop engaging and persuasive copy for marketing collateral, including product brochures, website content, email campaigns, social media posts and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience preferences. Write press releases and other PR materials to generate positive media coverage across a wide range of industry publications, local press and consumer publications. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contact and industry stakeholders to secure media placements and partnerships. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive content creation. Develop relationships within the business to gather interdepartmental information and news to create engaging content for the industry. Ensure all marketing and PR materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company’s values and messaging consistently. Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of all marketing and PR content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand standards. Producing engaging content for our Installers – business updates, customer polls, educational articles SEO Copywriting for the website, blogs and case studies when required. Manage the printed advertising schedule and delivery. Manage the delivery and communication of the Installer, Installation and Showroom of the Month initiatives. Provide comprehensive reporting on all PR activities, including a detailed analysis of targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for optimisation. Required behaviours: Excellent written communication, verbal and interpersonal skills Proven track record of developing and delivering PR and marketing campaigns to improve business performance. Ability to write for a range of platforms and audiences with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills including MS Office and WordPress, CMS. Ability to manage and prioritise a multi-stream, busy workload. Robust project management skills. Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment. Additional Information: Graduates with Journalism or writing based degrees will be considered alongside candidates with PR and copywriting experience.
