They are looking for a Sales Administrator to help support the sales department.     Sales Coordinator   Permanent Competitive Salary (Apply online only) or (Apply online only) Monday to Friday Southam   Sales Coordinator Job Description Main point of contact for customers Quoting customers & processing orders on ERP system. Entering information onto our CRM system and the daily upkeep of this Dealing with outbound and inbound phone calls to customers Outgoing calls to customers Liaising with other departments via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and in person regarding orders/quotes/lead times/item availability etc Dealing with emails – incoming / outgoing from the sales group email and work email address Reporting customer complaints to the internal NCR process Helping with quotes/orders from the Sales Support Team in overseas When required attending Sales / Operations daily meeting Offer after sales support to customers  Sales Coordinator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Microsoft Office competencies, computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise work and multi-task Experience in an engineering/manufacturing/construction environment Experience dealing with technical products.  Sales Coordinator Company Benefits 25 days annual Leave + Bank Holidays Option to buy/sell 5 days annual leave 5% employer Pension Scheme Death in Service Benefit; two times’ basic salary Free Car Parking  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
