Office Manager – HR Consultancy – London, UK – Possibl
Possibl is delighted to be partnering exclusively with an ambitious, entrepreneurial boutique HR and people development consultancy led by an inspiring CEO, known for their transformational impact and radical approach to improving employee experience.
Based in London, a new position has become available for an Office Manager, to join their driven, high performing team to take the reins on maintaining an efficient and engaging workplace environment, managing office operations, coordinating key projects, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership.
What you will do:
- HR Support: Assist with consultant recruitment, onboarding and contract management, as well as, training, performance reviews, and HR compliance.
- Data & Quality Management: Maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, generate reports, monitor quality control, and support compliance audits.
- Finance & Budgeting: Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, credit policies, budget preparation, and financial documentation.
- Executive Support: Prepare reports, handle confidential information, coordinate events, and track executive project deadlines.
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, manage office supplies, technology, vendors, and compliance with security and health regulations
About you:
- Time served in an office management, executive support, or similar role, with strong administrative and operational experience.
- A strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong focus on delivering excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- A qualification in HR, finance, data management, business administration or similar is desired but not essential
