About the Role:As Front of House you will be the face of Williams & Hirst, ensuring that every guest and memeber has a memorable and seamless experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, maintaining high operational standards, managing guest interactions, making client refreshments and ensuring the smooth running of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment
- Oversee guest reservations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage daily operations such as making client refreshments to ensure exceptional service and smooth workflow
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front of House or similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
