We are looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM provider, servicing commercial boilers and performing general fabric maintenance across the Sheffield area with regional travel.
Key Responsibilities for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer:
- Complete maintenance duties within set timeframes, including PPM and reactive works.
- Focus on commercial combustion, heating, and HVAC systems.
- Perform general building services maintenance, including fabric and mechanical tasks.
- Provide callout response as required on the rota.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
- Undertake new installations and repairs on heating systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant, including basic electrical fault-finding.
Essential Qualifications/Skills:
- Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CIGA1 (required).
- Previous experience in reactive maintenance contracts.
- Installation skills and experience.
- UK driving licence.
