We are a prestigious UK-based main dealer, known for our commitment to excellence in both customer service and the vehicles we sell. We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth and efficient warranty processing. Key Responsibilities: * Administer and manage all aspects of warranty claims for vehicles, parts, and services. * Ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner, in line with manufacturer guidelines. * Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve any warranty-related queries or issues. * Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and ensure compliance with internal processes. * Coordinate with the service department to ensure all required documentation is gathered for claims. * Process warranty payments and credits and follow up on outstanding claims. * Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed of the status of their warranty claims. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role in the automotive industry (ideally within a main dealer environment). * Strong knowledge of vehicle warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. * Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. * A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
