Join Our Team as a Part Time Administrator! We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our office in Theale, West Berkshire. About Us: We are a leading provider of software systems, committed to driving innovation and excellence. Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, connecting with site leaders and fostering a positive office culture. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £14, working 24 hours per week. This role is for a couple of months which could be extended. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support Manage front office tasks, welcoming visitors and addressing their queries Handle emails, parcels, shipments Support travel arrangements for visitors Coordinate office supplies, vendor negotiations, and building management communications Maintain filing systems for contracts and documentation Assist in organising internal meetings and events Who You Are: A problem-solver A communicator who tailors messages to fit audiences A customer service champion with a strong focus on engagement and support.
