Requirements: * ✔ Experience in bridge decommissioning, dismantling, or demolition projects. ✔ Proficiency in Land Surveying Systems (LSS) & CAD software for site assessments. ✔ Knowledge of turnover records, project documentation, and compliance reporting. ✔ Strong understanding of health & safety regulations (CDM 2015, SMSTS, or NEBOSH preferred). ✔ Familiarity with temporary works, structural assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. ✔ Ability to liaise with local authorities, contractors, and regulatory bodies. ✔ CSCS Card, SMSTS, or similar site safety certifications (preferred). ✔ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
