We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company offering a competitive salary of £50,000 and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights). The Role: Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime. Working in a fast-moving FMCG environment to ensure efficiency and reliability. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve performance. Following health & safety and compliance regulations at all times. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Maintenance Engineer (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Engineering). Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or manufacturing environments preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. Ability to work 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (days & nights).
