Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Technician to join our client\’s team in the electrical industry. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 – £13.21.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular maintenance checks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including wiring issues, circuit breakers, and transformers.
3. Install and test electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
4. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Technician or similar role in the electrical industry.
2. Technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Familiarity with electrical regulations and safety standards.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
