Private Equity KDL – Top City Firm
The Corporate team at this Top 40 firm has a new role for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to service the Private Equity side of the team. The role is open to current Knowledge lawyers or fee earners looking to switch. Private Equity experience should form a strong part of your overall knowledge experience. Key duties include responsibility for legal updates and developments, precedents and internal know how, and training. The role reports to the Head of PE and the firm wide Head of KM, and can be full time or part time with agile working. Comp c£115-135k.
