I have partnered with a leading Central London office management team to make an Associate Director level hire in their Property Management team. They are renowned for dealing with some of London’s most iconic mixed-use estates, working with a client base of pension funds and landed estates, including several towers located in the City & West End.
My client’s workforce has doubled in size over the last three years, reflecting their ambitions as a business, high staff retention, and high client retention.
As an Associate Director, you will be leading on a key new client, managing a portfolio of prestigious Central London trophy assets. You will be responsible for the performance of the assets, including the management of services such as:
- Finance team
- Site-based teams including facilities management
- Surveying team
- Specialist services teams, ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology
You will be based in their West End office, with flexible working. My client offers a market-leading remuneration package with a strong track record of bonuses over the last decade.
The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Associate Director looking to transition onto a high-value portfolio.
