Call Centre Supervisor

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor within their prestigious car dealership.
The objective of the position is to lead the team of six in driving work into our Aftersales departments at Preston and Blackburn, creating bookings from inbound and out bound calls.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has a passion for customer service, with an outstanding telephone manner and be able to show the following qualities and knowledge:
Direct the Retention Team and develop and agree outbound sales activity
Maximise direct selling time
Help to develop and implement Marketing activity
Support the team in achieving goals in a timely manner
Ability to analyse statistics and management information
Experience of managing people
Commercial awareness
Enthusiastic
Self motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential, and a sales background would be a distinct advantage.
Working days are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with an unpaid break of one hour; along with Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis. (1 in 6)
29k Basic – 44k OTE
