SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager
SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager required join a project in Oxfordshire area. (travelling around different sites)
Dealing with :
- H&S inspections
- cheking RAMS
- 2 large AMP8 projects ( 5-20m)
- Some smaller activities
- Some legacy AMP7 projects
- Ability to manage full portfolio of people (Designers, planners, PMs, Agents etc)
- Competent in delivering large schemes
- Checking permits
- project coordination
Pay rate is 400 / per day; paid weekly CIS
Must have:
- SMSTS
- WATER / WASTE EXPERIENCE
- GOLD / BLACK CSCS / WHITE CSCS
- FIRST AID
3 months initially, possibility for going permanent.
