Undertake a variety of surveys and site inspections.

Act as Project Manager

Project design and Specification writing (NBS)

Produce Feasibility Reports

Preparation of tender documentation

Contract Administration

Undertake site visits, attending/chairing meetings, as required

Professional matters, including, but not limited to Party Wall Matters, Acquisitions, Condition Surveys, Dilapidations etc.

Review and sign Certificates and Notifications of Payment for other Surveyors.

Ensuring client invoices are raised

Support junior staff with the other Senior Building Surveyors

Possess or be working towards MRICS or equivalent.

Track record strong experience in a commercial Surveying environment.

Be self-motivated, with a strong team working ethos.

Possess excellent communication skills, at all levels, both verbally and in writing

Able to ensure timely delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

Possess excellent computing skills, work in an organised and methodical manner, with a high level of accuracy, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Strong Report writing skills.
