Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant secondary school in Haringey. This role starts in November and offers a chance to provide essential support to students with behavioural needs while promoting their social and emotional well-being. About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide one-on-one classroom support to students with behavioural challenges. Maintain a visible presence around the school to encourage positive behaviour. Address low-level disruptions and foster a positive learning environment. De-escalate behavioural incidents and help students develop self-regulation strategies. Supervise students in the isolation room, ensuring they stay on task with their classwork. Monitor and manage detention sessions.This is a full-time, term-time only position, running until July 2025, with the potential to become permanent.
