We are looking for an ambitious Events Co-ordinator to join our team producing events around the world. You will work across our core events on administration and event logistic duties as well as speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison., * Delivering administration & logistics for the events including management of the weeks out plan, delegate, speaker and sponsor liaison, booking travel and accommodation, venue liaison, researching suitable venues and keeping up to date venue profiles for future use

  • Finding and negotiating with suppliers to control event costs and achieve event budgets.

  • Responsible for event exhibition, registration desk, preparing delegate collateral, managing delegate enquires

  • Responsible for raising Purchase Orders and Invoices

  • Maintain our CRM database (Salesforce), inputting new records and cleaning existing ones to ensure the database is up to date and accurate.

  • Batchelors degree (or equivalent) preferably in Events or Business Management

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in a related field

  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Effective time and project management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

  • Strong business acumen, Bachelor’s (required), Events management: 2 years (required)

  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)

  • Salary package: £30,000.00 – £35,000.00 per annum

  • 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service

  • South West London location

  • Hybrid working; typically working 2 days in our office
