Group Soft Services Manager Up to £50,000 per annum We are looking for an experienced Group Facilities Manager to join our team to cover 3 sites within the contract. You will spend 3 days a week at the site in Scarborough , 1 day a week at the site in Whittlesey and 1 day every week/fortnight at the site in Hull where we provide Catering, Security and Cleaning services. More about the role To manage the provision of services across the contract and to have overall to have responsibility for the delivery of services provided. To have a full knowledge of all areas of work to be covered in the course of duty in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Build and manage client relationships Ensuring 100% statutory compliance is maintained at all times To manage safely all daily activities and adhere to the authority to work process To maintain a high standard of customer care at all times To adhere to all company and client dictated local procedures, policies and instructions Who you are A minimum of 2 years multi-site management experience within a Facilities Management business required. Experience of Soft Facilities Management inc. Catering, Cleaning and Security essential SIA Licence holder desirable or able to qualify. IOSH desirable. Experience in a blue collar environment desirable.
