Job Title: Site Engineer – Water Civils\\n Location: West Yorkshire (site-based across the region)\\n Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time\\n Salary: Competitive (based on experience)\\n Start Date: ASAP\\n About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in water civils to join our operational team covering sites across West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering clean and waste water infrastructure projects to the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards.\\n Key Responsibilities\\nSetting out and surveying for civil engineering works on water utility projects.\\nEnsuring works are completed in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.\\nSupervising subcontractors and site operatives to ensure efficient progress.\\nCarrying out quality control inspections and compiling records for QA documentation.\\nAssisting with method statements, risk assessments, and daily site briefings.\\nLiaising with clients, consultants, and project managers on site progress and technical matters.\\nSupporting site HSEQ compliance, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.Requirements\\nProven experience working as a Site Engineer on water-related civil engineering projects (clean water, wastewater, pipelines, etc.).\\nProficient in using surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations).\\nStrong understanding of civil engineering standards, specifications, and health & safety regulations.\\nFull UK driving licence (travel required across West Yorkshire sites).\\nEUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register) card – essential.\\nCSCS card – essential.\\nSSSTS / SMSTS – desirable.\\nDegree / HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent – preferred.Benefits\\nCompetitive salary and company vehicle or car allowance.\\nPension scheme.\\nHoliday entitlement + bank holidays.\\nOngoing training and development opportunities.\\nOpportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects
