A good opportunity to join a well established Lettings Agency in Glasgow on a 1 year contract basis as a Property Manager!
Due to upcoming maternity leave our client are now looking to recruit someone to focus on management of repairs and maintenance across their portfolio acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.
As part of a small friendly team based in the city centre your key duties will include:
- Overseeing reactive maintenance works to properties under management
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors – keeping all parties fully updated, delivering good customer service and building strong relationships
- Making sure all properties in the portfolio are compliant with legislation and organising associated works such as EPC, Gas safety, PAT and Legionella
- Following up on property inspections and check out reports from colleagues to arrange any repairs/maintenance required
- Management of keys/key logs for properties under management
- Liaising with landlords regarding property refurbishments
- All connected office administration β using property software to log information and communicating via email/phonecalls
- Being an active team player β assisting colleagues and working together to meet deadlines and business objectives
Candidates should ideally have experience in a similar role within residential lettings , but other backgrounds may be considered . Itβs important you have excellent customer service skills, can organise a busy workload and operate well in a small but busy team.
This will be a full time position with working hours 8.30am β 5pm Mon-Friday β start date negotiable but likely to be around Mid April 2025 on a one year contract basis to April/May 2026. Excellent salary package available Β£27-30k based on experience.
