In response to growing business volumes, the firm is seeking to add headcount to its dynamic middle office team. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including trade capture, reconciliations, corporate actions, and settlements. In addition to day-to-day operations, approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to working with the technology and operations teams on automation projects and infrastructure development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in trade support, operations, or a middle office role. Proficiency in Python and VBA, used in a professional context, is required.

The role offers a competitive base salary of up to £90,000, with top performers earning a large % of this number as a year-end bonus. The firm provides a flexible WFH policy and an industry leading benefits package.
