Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator

Cardgains, the Sheffield-based Buying Group supporting Independent Greeting card and gift retailers, is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator to join our small team.
\\n
We are looking for a versatile individual and experienced administrator, ideally with a background in telesales customer services. This would suit someone who is computer-literate, outgoing, friendly, and confident who can support our sales team and assist with marketing activities.

What will you be doing?
\\n
- \\n
- Contacting members of the group to discuss opportunities to improve their business.
- Communicate with field sales team to coordinate members to be targeted.
- Making outbound calls to advise members of promotions available and other opportunities.
- Handling inbound sales calls and leads, both on the telephone, on email and via the website.
- Assisting with planning 2/3 exhibitions and attending shows with colleagues representing the company.
- The ability to build relationships and a good rapport easily.
- Build, develop and maintain member relationships.
- To ensure expectations are met or exceeded, at all times.
- An eye for detail, meticulous in your approach and the ability to multi-task are essential.
- Some reception duties.
- General admin as required.
- Assistance with other departments at busy times.

What will you need?

- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Access.
- Confident telephone communication skills and the ability to complete email correspondence to a high standard.
- Customer Service knowledge.
- A positive attitude and be enthusiastic towards change and happy to suggest ideas for improvement.
- A passion for customer service and be confident in building working relationships with members and suppliers.
- Possess strong time management and prioritisation skills.
