With lawyers based throughout their UK offices many of which, include nationally recognised leaders in their fields, they are now looking to hire a commercial contracts lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their growing teamThe highly ranked team advise on a broad spectrum of contractual arrangements for both strategic projects and day-to-day business needs across various industries with expertise especially focused on advanced manufacturing, from large-scale industrial operations to highly specialised life sciences companies. In addition, they play an active role in energy transition and decarbonisation projects as well as assisting clients manage procurement, supply chain, product development, and market entry strategies.The successful Commercial Lawyer can expect to be involved in all aspects of transactions and projects, including contract strategy, drafting and negotiation, data protection (with support from our privacy specialists), and risk management.
This is a dynamic, collaborative environment and a wonderful opportunity for the right person to develop their career at a top tier practice working with leading lawyers who are truly experts in their field.To be considered you will be a Commercial Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE experience in commercial contracts, gained at a city firm, large regional firm, or in-house. Experience with international clients, particularly import/export, would be advantageous, as would knowledge of tech, IP, and data protection (although not essential).
