Team PA- Asset Management
£40,000 – £45,000
West End, London (Hybrid Working)
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading international asset management firm, headquartered in New York and Miami, with a boutique-style office in the heart of Mayfair.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Team Assistant to support a group of six investment professionals. This is a varied and dynamic role that will involve:
- Extensive diary and global travel management
- Managing office supplies and ensuring a seamless office environment
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Working closely with two Executive Assistants, providing administrative support and covering during annual leave
What they're looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within finance or another fast-paced, professional environment
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
