Salary: £23,656 per annum, pro rata. Actual salary – £18,848
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 15 additional days (10:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday, including a 30 unpaid break each day)

Josephine Butler Campus which houses Duke\’s Secondary School, Bishop\’s Primary School and Castle School is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
Your main responsibilities will be to carry out a range of cleaning duties to a high standard including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning wash rooms/toilets, offices, classrooms, corridors and any other area within the school. You will ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly. Safe use of equipment and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation and Trust policies is vital.

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, provide an excellent service and with an approach that is flexible to adapt to changing situations. Be able to work independently or as part of a team and have good attention to detail.
