The Job
Hillcrest Homes is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. We are a diverse organisation offering Housing, Maintenance, Care and Corporate Services.
It is an exciting time to join Hillcrest with many transformation projects underway and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide HR support to the business throughout these changes. We offer excellent terms and conditions with flexibility to manage your own work schedule.
Candidates should be CIPD qualified and have significant HR generalist experience in all areas of employment regulations and HR practices. Candidates without the required qualification may be considered if they have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
The Candidate
As HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for all HR related issues and provide advice and guidance to managers on best practice, employment law and HR people policies including managing employee relations case work in a timely manner.
You will assist with the development of new and existing HR policies and procedures, providing support to managers on the application of these.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You should be a team player and highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and HR data analysis.
