The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing diverse and flavourful dishes while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. Prepare and cook dinner services for team using fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. Customise meal plans based on dietary preferences, restrictions, and specific needs. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, always following health and safety regulations. Plan, prep, and execute evening meals efficiently to ensure food is ready on time. Assist with menu planning and recipe development based on seasonal ingredients and dietary needs. Ensure the proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Handle and store kitchen equipment and ingredients in a safe and efficient manner. Manage inventory and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked for upcoming meals.
