Job Description

Property Litigation SolicitorHampshire£42,000-£50,0002+ PQETop regional firm seek a solicitor to join their Property litigation team. The department have gone through a period of fantastic growth and as a solicitor in the team they offer a broad range of contentious property work, principally in the fields of commercial landlord and tenant, real property, property contracts, property insolvency, construction, and residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement. The candidate should have good experience that spans several, but not necessarily all of these areas of work.The ideal candidate will have at least two years post qualification experience and client management skills that will fit into a team delivering a professional service to a diverse range of quality clients.For more information on this role or other opportunities within Hampshire in general please do get in touch with Liam Andrews at Chadwick Nott.
