Digital Product Manager (12 month FTC)
Are you passionate about shaping the digital experiences that engage millions of sports fans around the world? We are looking for a Digital Product Manager who’s excited to play a pivotal role in defining and delivering cutting-edge D2C digital products and features for some of the biggest sporting organizations globally.
As a Digital Product Manager at Pulselive, you’ll help shape the future of fan-facing websites and apps. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact digital solutions that meet client objectives and delight fans. Your role will be central to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and you’ll be responsible for driving key activities, including:
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive the product vision & strategy, ensuring alignment with both client and business goals.

Owning and refining the product roadmap and backlog, writing product briefs and user stories, and prioritizing deliverables in close collaboration with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Advocating for fan-centric design by leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to optimize digital products for engagement and retention.

Collaborating closely with Engineers to balance technical feasibility with business and user impact, ensuring seamless execution.

Monitoring product performance, analyzing user behavior, and using insights to iterate and continuously improve digital products, maximizing value versus spend.

Working alongside a talented team of Product Designers, User Researchers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure successful project delivery, always focused on hitting key objectives and KPIs.
