To support our continued growth, we are expanding our Resident Liaison Team in areas across London.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs a Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents whose homes we are working in. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our works run smoothly while providing reassurance, clear communication, and exceptional service to residents throughout the process.\\n\\nYour responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * Acting as the main contact for residents and keeping them informed at every stage\\n\\n * Carrying out resident interviews, surveys, and home visits\\n\\n * Proactively updating residents on works progress\\n\\n * Handling and resolving queries, concerns, and complaints\\n\\n * Attending resident-related meetings as required\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nWe are looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic, and highly organised.
