Training Coordinator
Due to continued expansion and changing needs of the business, we are excited to be recruiting for a Training Coordinator, to join our fast-paced corrugated box manufacturing business.
Sheard Packaging is a family-owned business located in West Vale, West Yorkshire, employing over 240 people.
This is a new role, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator, who can design, develop, deliver and review the business training systems and programs, ensuring all employees have the skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs to a high standard, and are given the opportunities to develop those skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, within a training and development role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, in return for a very competitive salary.
