Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles with a track record of delivering financial systems and business change projects.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including ERP implementations and technical system integrations.
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing multiple workstreams in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
- Technical knowledge of finance systems and platforms; exposure to tools such as Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- An accounting background is beneficial, although professional qualifications are not essential.
