Job Description
Job Title: EA to CEO
Location: London W1 (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive EA to support the CEO of a global multinational company in a 1:1 capacity. The role is primarily business EA focused with some office management duties and occasional personal support. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week in their London W1 office, with some flexibility required to go in 4 days a week with the CEO during busy periods.
You’ll be one step ahead, anticipating the CEO’s needs, managing an ever-changing schedule across multiple time zones, and providing high-level support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will also work closely with another EA who supports the CFO to coordinate scheduling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & meeting management across multiple time zones
- International travel coordination including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
- Collating documents for meetings and board interactions
- Liaising with board members and committees, assisting with AGM processes
- Providing EA support to other senior managers if needed e.g. travel itineraries and logistics
- Managing office vendors
- Covering reception when the receptionist is away
Key Requirements:
- Proven EA experience at C-suite level, ideally supporting a CEO in a corporate environment
- Board-level exposure – managing interactions with board members, committee meetings, and AGM processes
- Strong diary management skills, especially across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic mindset – ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
