Job Title: Tutor\\n\\nPay Rate: £26.62 per hour\\n\\nLocation Birmingham\\n\\nJob Type Contract\\n\\nHours Flexible\\n\\nSmart Education is currently recruiting for a Tutor to work a student that is visually impaired in Birmingham.\\n\\nBenefits of working as a Tutor:\\n\\n· Competitive hourly rate\\n\\n· 2 hours paid planning and prep per week.\\n\\n· Free Twinkle account\\n\\n· Free CPD training\\n\\n· School hours.\\n\\nJob Requirements\\n\\n· QTS or equivalent / Experienced visually impaired tutors\\n\\n· Experience working with pupils with vision impairment and/or cognitive learning needs.\\n\\n· Prepare/modify resources for pupils with a vision impairment.\\n\\n· Provide tailored 1:1 support to the child, ensuring their full engagement in learning activities.\\n\\n· An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to acquire one\\n\\nAbout Smart Education\\n\\nSmart Education are a specialist Education and Early Years agency, we recruit for permanent and temporary roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEND, Nursery Nurse and Tutors. \\n\\nSMART EDUCATION is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
