Teaching Assistant – Specialist Setting Location: Chesterfield Are you passionate about supporting children who face challenges in mainstream education? We are seeking a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join our specialist setting in Chesterfield. This term-time only role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with an expectation to attend some after-school meetings when required. This is a permanent position; however, it will initially be pay rolled through Tradewind for a period of time before transferring onto the school's contract. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to children with additional needs, helping them feel safe and supported in their learning environment. Build positive relationships and rapport with children, many of whom may be vulnerable. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
