Internal Account Manager – Bilsthorpe
To deliver an excellent end to end customer service experience for Enva England Specialist Waste Customers, entangle adequately to maximise value waste recovery, drive loyalty, and deliver more services to existing customers, with the intent on increasing revenue spend and reliance upon Enva as the partner of choice.
To interact with the existing customer base to ensure proactive and effective communication with listed key customer account contacts. Review management information and interpret customer reports to maximise waste recovery. Upsell the entire range of products and services into existing customers to maximise customer spend versus annual targets. Act as point of escalation for customer retention. Educate customers on industry best practises to optimise safety and compliance on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with a defined list of customers.
- Facilitate regular review meetings with account contacts to ensure a positive relationship is maintained between Enva and the customer
- Clearly identify customer requirements with and identify opportunities to upsell additional services
- Proactively target existing customers from allocated customer list, in order maximise the number of services and customer spend against defined annual targets
- Support in resolving escalated queries and complaints from customer services
- Review customer management information to highlight compliance, spend and any irregularities across customer estates
- In conjunction with other members of the sector team, contribute to the development of the sector sales strategy and plans and assist in the preparation of annual business forecasts
- Act as a point of escalation from customer services as part of customer retention process and supporting the close out of non-conformances and near misses.
- Complete regular competitor analysis, supporting our position as industry leaders in sector

- Proven sales background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have in-depth experience managing complex environments and are skilled at forecasting and territory planning

- Recycling/Waste industry experience and a third level degree is desirable, but not essential.
