The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in managing the recruitment efforts in NORAM and globally. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing hiring strategies, collaborating with senior leadership, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with the Ideagen business objectives and values. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner will also play a key role in shaping the overall talent acquisition strategy and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for NORAM and Senior (VP and above) globally for Sales, Marketing, Finance, People & Legal/Ops.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment strategies with global business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand current and future workforce needs and advise on best hiring practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Champion diversity hiring practices and ensure that all recruitment efforts are aligned with the company’s DEI goals
- Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and create an inclusive hiring process.
- Leverage iCims (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the recruitment function.
- Track key recruitment metrics to measure team performance and make data-driven improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Global Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a global or multinational company.
- Diverse Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for various departments, including Sales, Marketing, People, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Employer Branding: Familiarity with developing and implementing employer branding strategies and initiatives.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Extensive experience in talent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
- Strategic Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruitment data for informed decision-making.
